The sound of children's laughter seemed to roar through the Village, either disturbing older folk or making those who didn't mind smile at the happiness the children exuded as they ran around the village playing. A deep, rich laughter joined those of the more melodic laughter as Draziar Vladimir ran for his life. They were playing a game of Tag, one that the kids redefined and when one got tagged, they would join the rest until the very last person ended up being tagged. That last person was Draziar and the entire flock of kids were running all over the place trying to catch him. As the rules were, if he were to get caught he would be the new Tagger that started a new game. He had been playing all morning with these young ones and well into the afternoon, but it never occurred to him how much time had been spent goofing off with the children of Galton. He was having one hell of a time playing with them that he had also forgotten to eat all day. Who needed to eat when one was having so much fun anyhow? Draziar skidded to a stop when one of the kids leaped out in front of him with an attempted scary shout and made a lunge at Draz. Draziar laughed as he only took a step back before the kid tackled into his stomach and 'knocked' him plum over. He thudded against the ground as the young boy laughed excitedly that he had caught Draziar and promptly sat on Draz's stomach only for the rest of the kids to pile on, laughing just as much as the boy was.
Draziar chuckled as he was smothered by the group of kids and he pleaded for mercy from them while feigning a struggling attempt to get free of their clutches. Though all laughter halted when the voices of mothers called out for their children to come home for lunch. Draziar gave a pout along with the kids who slowly, begrudgingly began their way home saying good bye to Draziar. Draziar pushed himself up to his feet and dusted his white shirt that really wasn't white any more; stained with grass and dirt from his morning play. He glanced up when a mother walked over to gather up the youngest of the group while giving him a gentle, friendly smile. "Why don't you come eat with us Draziar. You've been wrestling with these kids all day," She laughed softly with a shake of her head when her little girl cheered and eagerly looked to Draziar to hear his response. Draz only gave a simple laugh and patted the girls head before smiling kindly towards the mother. "Thank you, but I'll pass this time. I should be on my way really," His smile was warm and appreciative listening as the little girl gave a whine of protest. However, food sounded wonderful and it was decided that he would visit the Tavern for some of the food there. He just wouldn't let Sarah know that he turned her homemade food down for the tavern's food. It was simply because Sarah had an entire family to feed and an addition to it was unnecessary when Draziar could feed himself. Bidding farewell to the two, Draziar turned heel and made his way through the village towards the eastern edge where the rather cozy Tavern was located.
