Appearance:
Penelope at five foot seven inches and has an average weight for someone of her height. She has longish fierily red hair that has a naturally wavy quality about it, and that she normally just lets i sit to do whatever it wants. She has an altogether athletic build, as she is often doing some sort of exercise. Her body is very long, lean and slightly muscled. She doesn't look like she'll be had a meat head, but she certainly looks like she can outrun/out dodge you. She skin is a creamy peach color, and she has light green eyes. She has her fair share of scars lining her body
from previous battles.
Penelope has a somewhat conservative style, even for the time. She doesn't believe in being overly showy, and minus an Emerald necklace that was her mother's, she only wears demure clothing. mist of her clothes come in earthy tones of green and brown.

Brief History: Juliet was born and raised in Nyalcon pack, a fact that she is exceptionally proud of. Her father had been a respected alpha, and her mother his much less adored mate. Hannah Kern was the very definition of a free spirit, and more than anything she marched to the beat of her own drum. She had little regard for territory or rules, and that was ultimately what got her killed only 50 years into Juliet's life.
Juliet was the second child of the Kern parents, the others being an older brother and a younger sister. While Juliet loved her siblings dearly, she also wasn't willing to be the typically overlooked middle child. She inherited the best of both her parents - Hannah's creativity Richard's discipline and skill - and quickly stood out as an exceptional pack member. When her father's successor took over after his death, Juliet vowed to take the pack back into Kern control. Eventually the beta died and she took over the position, and then about 25 years ago the previous alpha lost power. She's been getting along rather nicely since then.
