It was getting late, the sun was just now peaking through the trees, its light shone gently now. Of course it was still early on in the night, but fall was settling in, and daylight would fade faster now. Tuvio remembered last fall, the winds were colder then those now, but he was sure this winter would be bad. The lands his pack occupied always seemed to have a bad winter, and preparing was always a trying task. Today he had been inspecting the village to make sure everything was alright. Surely the humans there were unaware of what he was, but some of the pack that lived there would know him on sight and scent.
With darkness settling in, he figured it might not hurt to stay the night. After all most people here knew him, and those that didn't know what he was in truth, were not afraid of the lord that helped fund the village of Ferenfew. CAW! Some bird was screeching as it flew over his head high in the sky. Turning his nose skyward, he only saw its black silhouette. It looked big, but he wasn't sure if it was a mockingbird or a raven. A rattling crash snapped his attention to the doorway of a nearby store. Tensing up he waited to see what the trouble was. CAW!CAW!CAW! The bird perched up on the rooftops looking his way, seeming to stare right into him. Blinking he refocused again on the door, he didn't want to rush in but he would if needed.

The loud CAW! met Brynns listening ears. She sat contently against the side of the back of a village building, her foot tapping lightly against the ground. At the sound, she froze, mid-tap and looked around for the bird. She had always been interested in birds and their ways of flying. She slowly stood up and started climbing up the side of the brick building, her rather strong fingers and arms pulling herself swiftly up the side of the building towards the roof. Once her hands met the rough shingles, she took a deep breath and hauled herself up onto it, her body trembling with the effort. She crouched for a moment, panting to regain her breath, before scanning the area for the bird. Then she saw it, the mighty black bird standing in all its glory merely 5 feet away from her. She took a hesitant step towards it, and slowly unravelled her arm towards the raven. It seemed to be watching her with its tiny black eyes, not reacting at first but when her hand was a couple inches away from its feathery body, it let out a squawk and soared away, its wings flapping strongly as its silhouette disappeared into the night. The fae watched it fly away with a touch of longing in her gaze. A small frown appeared on her delicate looking face as she watched it fly away, her legs now draped over the edge of the roof, and her elbows on her knees propping her head up. She sighed wistfully, still not taking notice of the Alpha standing below her.

The commotion only minutes before seemed to have been forgotten, as the noise had receded into a dull whisper. He counted himself lucky, as getting into the middle of a human brawl or argument was never on his list of favorite things. Tuvio might not have wanted humans dead and didn't see the need for them to not coexist, but he still found them petty at times.
Looking over his shoulder he tried to see where the bird had gone, the darkening sky made it hard for him to pin point it. While turning his head back around he caught the movement above him, and raised his brows upwards. He wondered what she was doing in town, and was surprised she was alone, his pack usually stuck together more often then not because they were fewer in number then the others. "Enjoing the view?"
Just as he said this the crow decided to swoop back in aiming for his head before arching upwards towards the top of the roof landing further back towards the other end of the roof letting out another annoying croak as if laughing at him. A little bird getting the better of one wolf, now had a chance to annoy two.
Tuvio glanced at his pack mate, and then bent down in a squat stance close to the ground. Pressing hard he leapt up and onto the roof near her. Looking her way he spoke up again." Well I'm not sure of your plans tonight, but would you be interested in bird catching?"
Comments: please feel free to control the crow too xD Smaller post, but next post I am bringing in another character to liven it up.
Brynn let out a squeak as the Alpha spoke to her. She put a hand over her rapid beating heart and let out a long breath.
"Alpha!" She greeted, feeling stupid. A small smiled played at her lips as he suggested bird catching.
"Of course, bird catching is one of my specialties," She replied, her fingers tapping on the roof as her smile turned into a smirk. Even though this was the alpha she was speaking to she enjoyed a little competition- that and the fact tat she gets to show off her skills. She cracked her fingers, and flexed her legs. She pulled one leg back up and hugged her knee, waiting for his response. The majestic bird cawed, mocking them loudly from its perch in the tree across from them. It was watching them like they were prey. Brynn glared back at it in response as if it could understand, her chin resting on her knee.
Comments: Yeah this is a really short reply XD And okay! Can't wait for the spice
