Catch The Culprit

One of the scrolls of maps for our territory were stolen. The culprit could be anyone in Rulin territory. Fortunatly we were able to seal off the Castle before he or she could get away. Your charged to find this Culprit, and get back the scroll. Feel free to use force if nessecary. Repost back here once you've complted the task.
