" I think we shpuld get moving" hawk said as he heard something wail in the distance. "i just healed, i'd rather not fight right now". Hawk got on his bored and kicked off with incredible strength. He hoped Brom was behind him. As the sounds got closer, Hawk relized that the wailing sounded familary, he knew that it was a wolf pack, but the same one that killed his parents. Hawk stopped, got off his board, picked it up, and started walking furiously in the direction of the wailing with revenge in his eyes. He knew the day would come.

Brom scowled as Hawk spoke again about moving. It made him wonder if Hawk had even listened to what he had been saying. It irritated him knowing that his words had gone without thought. Not that he was anyone significant, but being as he rarely bothered with people, he figured they would listen. Obviously Hawk had better ideas.
Soon Hawk spoke up, adding against what Brom had said even further, by suggesting that they move from the place that he had just deemed safe. He didn't know if he wanted to strangle Hawk or listen to his words and then strangle him. Before he had a chance to do either Hawk was speeding away on his board again, leaving Bom in the dust. His mouth fell open in disbelief, and just when he was about to shrug it off, and go back inside to leave the lunatic to his own doings, he heard a wail. It was odd he had missed it before, even more so that it was heard at all, because they weren't known to come this far on human territory in there wolf forms. Brom cursed and ran towards where Hawk had dashed off to. Suddenly the imbicil seemed less and less random and insane. While turning to look back to see if they were being followed, he slammed into the form of Hawk as he turned around. Why the hell is he turning around?! Attempting to grab Hawk's arm and lead him in the opposite direction of the howling wolves, he tried his best to stop him."Your in no shape to fight again you knucklehead! Do you want to get eatten alive?" He swore in anger. "Its like you have a death wish or something!"
"your right brom, it was just anger" Hawk realized what he was doing and explained to Brom that the howling sounded simalar to the wolves that killed his parents. Hawk's fists clenched harder than they ever had before, The memories of that day were playing over in his mind as he told Brom the story. Hawk began to tear as he said " Thats why i was running twards the wolves, i crave revenge".Haw began walking the opposite way of the howling, He was so angry at that point, but somehow, he supressed his anger and kept moving. Now Hawks goal was find some sort of shelter

Brom just couldn't believe the severe changes in the mood of his traveling companion Hawk. One minute he was as suspicious as a child watching a wasp, and the next he was furious and about to go take on a whole hunting party of wolves on his own. This was something Brom did not need right now, he was a baby sitter to no one. No matter how foolish a person could be, Brom would never understand the reasons behind such acts.He also reasoned that perfectly sane people wouldn't just go charging after wolves, and so he was probably adding more danger to his life by staying around Hawk. Trouble was, being human, they had to stick together in order to be able to survive against the threats that the average day decided to bash them with. It sucked, but it was there life, and he was stuck with it at the moment.
Half heartedly he listened to Hawk's supposed reasoning, on how the lycans were responsible for his parents death and all. It didn't really phase him, Brom had seen alot of death, and not many people had happy endings, nor beginnings for that matter. Brom knew Hawk would just have to deal with it, and move on. That or go and end it the easy way by gettign himself killed, either way Brom wasn't about o dish out life advice. It might seem cold, but he needed Hawk around at the moment, not forever, so once they parted ways, he probably would never see him again. At least he hoped so, for all he knew fate could be a bitch and make the guy a thorn in his side for the rest of his life. Brom watched as Hawk finally turned , done with his sad story aparently, and made his way off to find safety. Shrugging, Brom also hurried to catch up to him.
Hawk didnt give a crap if Brom listened to his story or not, his main focus was to get the hell out of there. He seemed to be walking for hours before hee got on his board. Again, not caring if Brom was following or not. Hawk stopped and survaid the area, then he saw smoke in the distance. Hawk said in releif " salvation". " Brom, it's about time we get out of this area". Hawk picked up his board and began to run, realizing it would take a while, Hawk turned around and said " Let's set up camp here, and continue tomorrow".

There previous problem seemingly unphased Hawk. This was both good and bad, good because at least he was able to let things go, but bad because Brom wasn't so unforgiving and he still wanted to smack Hawk for placing them in danger before. Back hunched, hood up, and head down, Brom kept a steady but silent pace behind Hawk. In fact he was way behind Hawk, about fifteen feet or more, and it was so that he wouldn't have to hear any of his stories. He hated having to listen to sap stories, they never helped anyone, and it was pointless. A stupid distractin for an unfocused mind, and dangerous. Brom was all about survival, and he had learned to be more controlling of his emotions long ago. He heard Hawk's over joyed cry about the smoke, only Brom wasn't so thrilled with its discovery. This far into the Apocolyptic Fury territory, there was bound to be only humans, but he was always careful. Next thing he knew, Hawk was making plans to camp, and technically Brom couldn't just leave the recently injured baffoon there to defend himself and sleep. Against his better judgement, which was telling him to high tail it to that camp and scope it out for himself, he reluctantly stayed and started to set up camp.
